Reifen für Shengmilo Elektrofahrrad

I order a tyre for my S600 and spoke to you in emails. I was worried the tyre may take a long time due to the year of the horse. No update since 9th February 2026 after ordering 8th February - I would be ever so happy to receive an email from you to let me know if there is anything they can tell me. I need this tyre for work so it can create a problem i hope to fix with your help - thank you

The tracking code shows that the order has been delivered, even though I haven't received it, and on top of that they gave the shipping company the wrong phone number and delivered it to another person and I don't know who she is and why? !!!
